Employment Consultant - Job Services Australia

We are seeking a highly motivated Employment Consultant to provide employment, training and support services to job seekers with the aim of assisting them in gaining sustainable employment.

Key selection criteria will include:
Superior self-management skills, including record keeping and performance analysis
A high level of interpersonal and written communication skills, including interviewing skills
Ability to contribute ideas to improving work quality and performance
Sound computer literacy and data management skills
Ability to relate to people from a wide range of backgrounds
Experience working in Employment Services or labour market programs aimed at employment outcomes for job seekers would be desirable as would Cert IV in Employment Services.

This position is based in Broadmeadows.
